Ingredients to be prepared for roasting octopus: –
Firstly:- One octopus of ice or half a kilogram of ready-made octopus and the detergent.
Second:- As much as a pinch of black pepper, salt or as desired.
Third:- (3) tablespoons of olive oil.
Fourthly:- (2) tablespoons of chopped parsley, and fresh.
Fifth: (1) a piece cut in the form of circular slices.
Preparation of roast octopus: – To prepare the roasted octopus we will have to follow the following steps:
Firstly:- Preheat the oven and preheat at a temperature of 250 ° C.
Second:- We do the cleaning of the octopus, and well as mentioned in the previous steps.
Third:- We put the cleaned octopus on a tray covered with bread, salt and pepper, and then we wrap it well.
Fourthly:- Put the octopus inside the oven, and then leave the process until it is cooked well, and becomes fairly soft as it is confirmed by touching it, and check the degree of Leon.
Fifth: We heat the grille, for a period of 10 minutes while painting with olive oil.
